• TL for Token Service: Designed, implemented, and launched the service. Trained and directed a remote engineering team of 7 SWEs in Budapest, Hungary.
• TL for Device Manager & Structured Data Storage: Led a local team of 4 SWEs in NYC to build Core IoT data infrastructure and services.
• Executed rigorous code reviews, managed engineering project plans, task lists, and timelines across both global teams.

Google Trusted Stores used data collection, mystery shoppers, and statistical analysis to calculate ratings for thousands of merchants across the US and EMEA — ascertaining merchant quality and flagging merchant fraud. The program increased Google Ad Revenue by $XXX Million within its first 3 years, and by 2016 handled over $X Billion in order revenue. Google Trusted Stores eventually became Google Customer Reviews.

Key Achievements

• Designed, coded, and launched an internal Payment Platform that created single-use, customizable credit/debit cards for use in EMEA and the US. Integrated with multiple international payment providers and banks (MasterCard, Citibank, etc.).
• Designed and implemented a Global Shipment Tracking system to facilitate the international expansion of Google Trusted Stores across US, FR, AU, DE, and UK.
• Technical liason for external partners — banks, payment processors, shipping carriers, merchant data collectors, and mystery shoppers — to design and implement bespoke integration solutions.

• Engineered a complete eCommerce Order Fulfillment platform that improved on-time shipments from <50% to 98% immediately upon deployment.

• Core design and development of iProcurement ERP applications (11i, R12, and Fusion), contributing to Oracle's flagship enterprise procurement platform.
